What is your idea of the hungry Life Force in the poem “The Force that through the Green Fuse Drives the Flower”?

The force that is illustrated by Dylan Thomas (1914-1953) in his poem “The Force that through the Green Fuse Drives the Flower” is the powerful force that runs the whole universe, including man. This force is responsible for the creation and destruction. It occurs not only in humans but also in animals and vegetables. Dylan Thomas says,

"The force that through the green fuse drives the flower Drives my green age; that blasts the roots of trees"

At a glance, this force may seem like God. But Dylan Thomas never feels so. He never attributes any divine character throughout the poem.

in, they explain that this force may be the sexual urge. It helps to drive forward the universal circle. Sexual urge is a powerful and supreme source of nature and the human body. Dylan Thomas illustrated the life force as a mechanical process by using the word “Fuse” in the very opening line of the poem.
