Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at LX Notes. We appreciate your business and want to ensure a fair and transparent experience. Please read the following refund policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations.
1. Subscriptions and Digital Products
Our digital offerings include Premium Subscriptions and digital products such as e-books, notes, PDFs, and related content. Due to the immediate delivery nature of these services, we operate under a No Refund policy, with the following exceptions:
- System Delivery Failure: A refund may be considered if our system fails to deliver the committed service or product (e.g., you purchased a subscription but the package was not activated, or you are technically unable to read or download a purchased e-book due to a server-side error). This policy applies if the technical issue persists and we are unable to resolve it within 2-3 business days from the time of report.
- User-Side Limitations: Please note that we do not offer refunds if the problem or limitation lies on the user's side (e.g., lack of compatible software, local internet issues, or device incompatibility).
2. Physical Products (Books)
For physical books purchased through our store, the following rules apply:
- Delivery Failure: If we fail to deliver the product to your provided address due to an error on our part or the courier's part, you are entitled to a full refund.
- Non-Receipt / Return to Origin: In cases where the product is dispatched but not received by the user (e.g., user unavailable, incorrect address, or refusal of delivery), the user will be responsible for bearing the delivery charges. Any refund issued in such cases will be processed after deducting the shipping and handling fees.
3. Pre-Paid Delivery Charge (Cash-on-Delivery Orders)
For Cash-on-Delivery (COD) orders where the delivery charge is paid online in advance to confirm the order, the following rules apply:
- Cancelled before dispatch: The advance delivery charge is fully refundable. Refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3-7 business days of the cancellation request.
- Cancelled after dispatch (parcel in courier custody): The advance delivery charge is non-refundable, as the courier service has already been rendered.
- Delivery refused on arrival: The advance delivery charge is non-refundable. Cash-on-delivery amount (book price) is not collected.
- Delivery failure on our part: If the parcel is not delivered due to an error on our side or the courier's side, the advance delivery charge will be fully refunded.
4. Refund Application Process
Refunds are not automatically processed. To initiate a request, please follow these steps:
- Apply: Contact our support team through our Contact Us page with your order ID and a detailed description of the issue.
- Verification: Our admin team will review and verify the problem. This includes checking system logs for digital delivery or tracking reports for physical goods.
- Approval: Once the admin panel verifies the claim as valid under this policy, the refund will be approved.
5. Processing Time
If your refund is approved, the money will be returned to your original payment method. Please allow 3-5 business days for the transaction to be completed, depending on your bank or payment gateway provider.
