Dear Sir,
With due respect, I am writing on behalf of the people who live in Ward No 27 of the Rongpur Municipality area. Our area has a concerning issue, so we want to draw your attention to this matter. Our ward is very crowded, and most people here work in factories. Some have night shifts, so our streets are busy until midnight. Recently, there have been problems with snatchers – people who grab things from others – especially at night. Unfortunately, some of our neighbours have already been victims of these snatchers.

There are drug users and other people who behave badly at night. This makes it unsafe for us to go out at night. The problem is that no police officers are patrolling our area at night to keep us safe. We would appreciate it if you could arrange for police patrols at night in our ward. This would help us feel safer when moving around at night.
I, therefore, hope that you would take the necessary steps immediately to arrange police patrol at night in our ward so that people can move without fear.
