What was a great surprise to Crusoe regarding his plantation in Brazil?

Crusoe went to Brazil before his island life. There, he had a small plantation. When he was lost at sea, he thought it was gone. But later, when he came back from the island, he got a big surprise. His plantation had grown a lot. It made him rich and happy.

Leaves It Behind: Before going on the African trip, Crusoe left his plantation to two honest men. He gave them the power to care for it. He never thought he would return. He feared it would be lost forever.

Thinks It Is Gone: Crusoe was lost for many years. He had no news from Brazil. He thought the land was gone. He lost all hope. His life was full of danger and sadness.

Gets Unexpected News: When he returned, a captain, his ancient friend told him that his plantation is safe and growing well.  Crusoe could not believe it. He was full of joy.
